MAIS wants to promote self-development actions for young people, also considering those who have difficulty continuing their studies or are too old to be started on traditional educational paths. With this specific intent, the Training Center in eSwatini was created, offering courses for the training of various professional figures (office assistants, healthcare assistants, computer operators, mechanics, tailoring and sewing, beekeepers, etc.). With the same goal, MAIS promotes and operates, in almost all of its projects, to offer job opportunities and promote the spread of skills and knowledge, through the initiation of small professional courses aimed at young people enrolled in the distance support program and their families.
